At inFRAME Academy, we are deeply inspired by the dedication and resilience of military families and first responders. These heroes not only serve and protect our communities but also embody values of courage, sacrifice, and perseverance—qualities we strive to celebrate and nurture in the next generation.

For our founders, Alison Flannigan and Spencer Cleland, this mission is profoundly personal. Growing up in a military family, they witnessed the sacrifices made by service members and their loved ones. With a sister who served in the Air Force and brothers who are veterans of the Marines and Army, Alison and Spencer understand the profound impact of military life on families. They also recognize the unique challenges faced by military children, from frequent relocations to extended separations from loved ones.

At inFRAME, we believe the arts—particularly filmmaking and acting—offer a powerful outlet for self-expression, personal growth, and healing. Our programs go beyond teaching technical skills; they cultivate critical thinking, teamwork, and storytelling, empowering children and teens to explore their creativity and share their unique perspectives.
