Payment: A full payment or a 50% deposit is required to secure a spot in the class. The remaining balance is due by the end of the enrollment deadline date.
Class Attendance: Regular attendance is essential for students to fully benefit from the program. Please notify the instructor in advance if a student will miss a class. No makeup classes are offered.
Tardiness: Students are expected to arrive on time for all sessions. Repeated tardiness may impact the student’s ability to participate fully.
Participation: Active participation is encouraged, including engaging in discussions, completing assignments, and collaborating with peers.
Release Forms: Parents/Guardians agree that footage and images from classes may be used for promotional and educational purposes.
Consent for Media Use: Media release forms must be signed in person on the day of rehearsal, granting inFRAME Academy permission to use student footage and images for promotional purposes, including publishing the final product on inFRAME Academy's YouTube channel and social media platforms.This ensures we can showcase students' work while respecting privacy preferences.
Dress Code: Students should wear comfortable, appropriate clothing suitable for physical activity and on-camera work.

Non-Refundable Payments: All payments are non-refundable unless inFRAME Academy cancels a class.
Student Withdrawal: No refunds are issued for student withdrawals. However, registrations may be transferred to another program, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Transfer Requests: Requests to transfer registration to a future course must be submitted via email to info@inframeacademy.org before the first day of class.
Background Checks: All inFRAME staff undergo comprehensive background checks, including BCI (Bureau of Criminal Identification), to ensure student safety.
Supervised Environment: Students are supervised by inFRAME Academy staff while on set to ensure a secure and supportive environment. A parent or guardian is required to be present during rehearsals and on set unless prior arrangements have been made with an inFRAME staff member.
